He is admitted to the bar in Switzerland (EU\/EFTA Attorney at Law Art. 28 BGFA), Liechtenstein and Austria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After studying law at the Universities of Innsbruck and Padua (Mag. iur.), postgraduate studies in business law led him to the University of St. Gallen (MBL-HSG) and in tax law to the Vienna University of Economics and Business (LL.M.). Markus gained his broad legal experience at courts, public prosecutor’s offices, law firms, banks and family offices in Switzerland, Austria and Liechtenstein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His other areas of practice include wealth and estate planning, financial services and asset management law, and blockchain technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
