Daniel is an insurance specialist and has completed the CAS Liability and Insurance Law. He worked for over twenty-five years in claims departments of various insurance companies and legal expenses insurers. Since 2005, he has been working for attorneys as a claims settlement expert, working in a law firm focusing on labor rehabilitation, social insurance, and liability (www.goldbach-law.ch). Since 2020, he has been available as a senior consultant for Good attorneys. He can draw on his very broad experience in all areas of social insurance and private insurance law. As a liability specialist, he is known for his holistic view of things as well as for creative solutions. In particular, he has extensive knowledge in the calculation of damages with the Leonardo software (death and disability).
